I want to start by saying this wasn't my first visit! I've been to this location multiple times before and have had a good experience each time. However, this last time, I was thrown off by the fact that they charged me for something they didn't have and then asked what I wanted to replace it with. I love their steam buns, and my favorite is the BBQ option, I ordered 2 and was charged for both. However, when receiving my order, I was informed they only had one BBQ bun left. It mildly annoyed me that they didn't check beforehand or offered a refund because I honestly had my heart set on two of them. I did end up getting two steam buns, and they were super apologetic, so I appreciate that. I just really love the BBQ so much, and I assume a lot of others do too if they were selling out, haha. Overall, I still recommend coming here as it is a great little place with great snacks and good drinks.

Gone here twice and both times the workers have been so sweet with amazing service. This most recent visit, we got the horchata cream tea and the house special. Both are delicious and their house boba is amazing! Unfortunately, there were some rowdy customers that were harassing the staff and being just generally rude. The staff there stayed composed and polite despite how terrible the other customers were being Overall, amazing staff and delicious teas and boba!

Five star only because I love the other locations in Cypress and Magnolia,I’ve been going here for years in Cypress since 2018/2019. My mom knows the owner of the store very well, and I’m sure she’s well aware of the young man who’s very sassy with the customers lol, me and my boyfriend come in a lot one time we came in 5 minutes after they were supposed To be open and the doors were locked so we called Cici/Cece she apologized for it and once the man finally unlocked the door he had a terrible attitude and he slams my drink often when I come in. The first time I visited the Conroe location he also locked the doors at 6:20 PM when they closed at 8 and the Open sign was on so just save your time and visit the other locations if you can. He’s very rude even if I still tip I guess he needs to find a new job then bc I would

I’ve had great experiences at T-Bear, and on Saturday, the brunette girl who helped me really stood out. She was very dedicated, attentive, and made sure my order was handled carefully. I also appreciated her warmth and friendly attitude — she made me feel welcomed and well taken care of. It’s always a pleasure being helped by her. Highly recommend!

The other day I tried this place and ordered the House Special Boba Tea and some macaroons. So good!! Loved the tapioca Boba and those were some of the best macaroons I've ever had, so much flavor in them! Great/cute place!
